Kids Corner: a guest review of Rex London

28th September 2018Rachel.McCarty Share:FacebookTwitterShare

We may be biased, but we think our kids gifts are the best. However, we wanted to ask the people that really matter what they think. So, we asked 10 year old Princess - daughter of Circus Mums’ Tinuke Bernard - to pick a few items from our site and write a guest post for us, letting you know what she really thinks:

REX LONDON!!

Hi everyone, today I would LOVE to talk about an amazing online shop called REX LONDON, with everything you could ever need! Such as cooking, gardening, gifts for her, and most importantly………..the kids!!
I was sent some of my personal favorites to check out. These were slime/putty, a cat pencil case, groovy water bottle and Miko the panda bag - all of which you should definitely check out!
I found all of the items from Rex London to be great quality! They have such a large range it was hard to choose. Here’s a breakdown on some of their products.

CAT PENCIL CASE

Cookie the Cat case

Cookie the Cat case, £9.95

I found this the perfect case with all of the space it has it would be extremely hard not to fit 10+ pens in there. The fluffy pom-pom as a zip is an awesome thing to feel it’s so nice and soft!

WATER BOTTLE

Llama water bottle

Princess’ sister with the llama water bottle, £6.95 and the Severed Finger putty, £3.95

LOVING IT! The cute water bottles are so awesome to have although a bit small, it is ideal for going to the park and a fairly long journey to places. I like to play sports and drink a lot, but it is the right size for sipping at my desk during school time.

PUTTY/SLIME

It’s not a fast stretching slime, BUT IT SURE IS FUN TO PLAY WITH. The pretty and sparkly colours are magical and after a while the colour changes to a teal colour and trust me on this one; GET IT!!!!

EGYPTIAN EXCAVATION KIT

Egyptian excavation kit

Ancient Egyptian Excavation kit, £9.95

If you want to uncover the mysteries of Egypt then this is your time to buy this kit! I had so much fun hammering open these artifacts. When doing it you wonder how long it will take, but, of course it will take time. The kit comes with loads of different stones to break through and I loved the mini hammer.

MIKO THE PANDA JUMBO BAG

Miko the Panda jumbo bag

Miko the Panda jumbo bag, £4.95

OK SO WHEN THEY SAY JUMBO THEY MEAN JUMBO!!!!!!!
I thought it would be good for a school bag to hold my PE kit. Unless you want a amazing extremely humongous bag that is the size of your sofa cushion then I suggest not getting the jumbo bag for your PE Kit! BBBUUUUUUUTTTTTTTTTTTTT the jumbo Panda bag would be great for:

1)  storing teddies and toys
2)  storing your clothes your laundry

This bag is not for your school bag it’s probably too big! But I love my Miko bag and will be kept for a long time!

THANK YOU REX LONDON xoxoxo

Huge thanks to Princess for writing this guest review for us - it was a pleasure to be reviewed by royalty!
