Delivery options

We offer the following delivery options:

Standard UK delivery £4.95

Details:
  • We choose the courier we consider will deliver your order to you efficiently, depending on the size and weight of your order
  • All deliveries are sent using a track and trace service, and may need to be signed for
  • Inevitably, deliveries may be attempted when you are out, in which case a card will be left to notify you. You can arrange a redelivery or collection by following the instructions on the card.
  • * Free Standard UK delivery for orders over £50 does not apply during the Summer or Winter sale events.
Expedited UK delivery £7.95 1 – 2 working days
Details:
  • Expedited orders must be placed before 12 pm Monday to Friday only. An order placed after 12 pm Friday will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday
  • Expedited orders placed on weekends will be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday
  • There are normally no deliveries on weekends or bank holidays
  • We use a courier service (Parcelforce or DPD) with track and trace facility to dispatch expedited orders
  • A signature will be required on receipt of delivery
  • While every effort is made for an expedited order to arrive on time, it is possible on occasion that the courier company may face delivery difficulties
  • Expedited delivery cannot be guaranteed for Northern Ireland, remote areas or Scottish Islands. In these locations, delivery will take approximately 48 – 72 hours
  • Rex London (Rex International Ltd) cannot be held liable for any loss or damage or consequential loss or damage related to not getting a delivery in time. We will, however, gladly refund the expedited delivery element of the delivery charge.
  • Please note: expedited delivery may not be available during Summer or Winter sale events
Sale Saver UK delivery £2.95 10 – 15 working days
Details:
  • This option is only available during Summer and Winter sale events
  • Saves you money and helps us out with the packing of the many orders we usually get during the sale events
  • Works in the same way as Standard Delivery above, apart from the longer delivery time.

Notes about certain locations

Northern Ireland, Remote Areas & Scottish Islands

We deliver to these locations under the same pricing and terms and conditions as UK mainland. However, deliveries may take 1 – 2 working days longer than UK mainland. If you choose to upgrade to expedited delivery at checkout, delivery will take approximately 48 – 72 hours.

 

Channel Islands, Isle of Man & BFPO Addresses

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or BFPO addresses.


Couriers used by Rex London

We will use the most appropriate method of dispatch depending on the weight, size, and value of your order. Below are the couriers we use.

 

Royal Mail
  • We typically use Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service.
  • UK mainland: expect delivery 2 – 3 working days after receiving the dispatch email.
  • Northern Ireland, remote areas and Scottish islands: delivery may take 1 – 2 working days longer than UK mainland.
  • If you are not in, it is possible that the parcel will be put in a safe place, and a card left telling you where that is.
  • If a suitable safe place cannot be found, the parcel will be taken to a Royal Mail Customer Service Point, and a card left giving you information about what to do next.

Parcelforce
  • We typically use Parcelforce’s express24 service.
  • UK mainland: expect delivery within 24 hours (excluding weekends) after receiving the dispatch email.
  • Northern Ireland, remote areas and Scottish islands: delivery may take 1 – 2 working days longer than UK mainland.
  • A signature will be required. If you are not in, a card will be left informing you of attempted delivery.
  • Depending on the area, Parcelforce will automatically reattempt delivery the next working day, leave your parcel with a neighbour, or leave your parcel at the nearest Post Office to your delivery address. You can arrange pick up or an alternative redelivery via the Parcelforce redelivery page.

DPD
  • We typically use DPD’s Next Day service.
  • UK mainland: expect delivery within 24 hours (excluding weekends) after receiving the dispatch email.
  • Northern Ireland: expect delivery within 2 working days after receiving the dispatch email.
  • Remote areas and Scottish islands: expect delivery 2 or more working days after receiving the dispatch email.
  • You will receive an email (if you have provided a mobile number, you will also receive an SMS message) from DPD confirming an estimated one-hour delivery slot. You have the option to rearrange delivery with DPD if the delivery time given is not convenient.

Delivery questions

I'm not located in the UK. Can you deliver to me?

You are currently on our UK store. If you are located in the EU and would like us to deliver to you, please switch to our EU store. If you want to find out more about EU delivery, please go here. Please note that any items currently in your shopping basket will be removed and will need to be added again after switching to our EU store.

 

How do I find out where my order is?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link for the courier delivering your order (Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DPD).

 

If you have a Rex London account, order status and tracking information can be found by logging in and going to the Orders tab of the My account page.

 

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived on time?

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery time, please go here to contact us.

 

Rex London (Rex International Ltd) cannot be held liable for any loss or damage, or consequential loss or damage related to not getting a delivery in time. If you have the chosen the Expedited UK delivery option, we will gladly refund the expedited delivery element of the delivery charge.

 

I've received my order, but an item was missing or damaged

To ensure 100% accuracy of your order, we scan and record products when picked and again while packing. If on receipt of your order you do find an item missing or damaged, please contact us.
