Returning unwanted items:
You can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Simply post the item/s back to us with the completed returns form. Items must be unused and with tags intact. Note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

I LOVE this little bag. It's my new lunch bag! Several work colleagues have commented on it too- one person asked if it was from Cath Kidston! I could have gone along with it, but instead I recommended DotComGiftShop!
A lovely sturdy bag, I use mine every day, its just the right size to carry my lunch to work and an umbrella!
This bag is SO cute - it's just perfect. My little niece will love it - I've bought the mini-cooking set (saucepans etc) to put inside for her birthday and I know she will be just as excited about this adorable bag!
what a cute little bag, i got one of these to send to a friend as an easter gift and couldnt resist getting one myself. i love everything about this bag, its such a neat little size, ideal for lots of things, carrying things around on a day out, make up, as a lunch/picnic bag-the list is endless. the colours on it are very eye catching and summery and i love the fact its made out of recycled bottles. this bag would appeal to all ages young and old-in fact my mum loves it so much she wants one! and i almost forgot to mention it's an absolute bargain, i have seen similar bags in other shops sell for £8 each. i'd reccomend this bag to anyone.
