We are open and delivering orders, but there are delays.

As both our warehouse staff and the delivery companies are understandably very busy at this time, some orders are taking much longer than usual to arrive. Current delivery time is up to 7 working days. We thank you for your understanding.

We've enforced measures to keep our staff healthy and safe while being able to fulfil orders.

  • Fewer staff working in our warehouse

From now on, we’ll be operating with only a fraction of the usual number of people in our 9000 m2 warehouse. Clear markings are in place so staff can work at a safe distance from each other in line with government protocol.

  • Heightened hygiene procedures

We require frequent hand washing from our staff, provide hand sanitiser gel and gloves, and deep clean all the packing desks every day. Senior managers will be on site to implement these health and safety protocols and ensure they are respected.

  • Contact-free delivery process

Our delivery partners have changed their processes at the point of delivery to ensure the safety of our staff and customers, so please do follow their guidance when you receive parcels.

We are doing our best and still here to help

Due to these increased safety measures, delivery may take longer than usual. Customer services are still fully available by email at and by phone from 7am to 2pm.
