Returning unwanted items:
You can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Simply post the item/s back to us with the completed returns form. Items must be unused and with tags intact. Note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

Before returning the product you must contact customer services and inform us that you would like to return a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. You can send the item back to us free of charge and will receive a full refund.

These bags are such good value. I love all the designs. I have bought 4 so far. I love the fact they are recycled. They can be cleaned easy and they are very light. I will definitely be getting some more.
I love it !!! I bought 4 of them, very good quality. I use them to store my kids toys. they are big and you can put A LOT of toys, quilt, cushions or blanket in it.
This bag stores more than you think, I managed to pack everything we own for a camping trip. Study, folds small and pretty, as everyone else has said I will be back for more! :)

Great bags!! They are huge and pretty sturdy too. Have bought a few in the last couple of years - for all kinds of uses...kids toys, storage for clothes in the loft, for clothes and food when away camping, and general storage. Really handy bags to have for any family!!
