How much will delivery cost? 

UK Mainland  

  • Standard delivery is £3.95, and takes between three and five working days. 
  • UK delivery is free on orders over £30 
  • NOTE: Free delivery is not applicable during our Summer and Winter Sales

Northern Ireland 
We deliver to Northern Ireland under the same pricing and terms and conditions as UK mainland. However, we cannot provide a next day service. If you choose to upgrade to next day delivery at checkout, delivery will take approximately 48 hours.

How can I get free delivery? 

Delivery is free for any UK orders over £30.

  • Free delivery is not applicable during our Summer and Winter Sales, no matter the contents of your order
  • Free delivery excludes local collection


Can I add to my order after I have placed it? 

Our packing process is fully automated, so once an order is placed it cannot be added to. If you want to add more items to your order, you must cancel it by emailing us and then place the order again including the item(s) you wish to add.

Can I cancel my order?

You have up to 30 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and request a refund. You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted item(s) and you must return your items within 14 days of confirmed return/cancellation. It is not always possible to cancel your order before it has been packed and/or dispatched. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Missing Items

To ensure 100% accuracy of your order we scan and record products when picked and again when packed. 




What is your returns policy?

You can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Simply post the item/s back to us with the completed returns form. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

What is your recycling policy?

We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old electrical items.  In accordance with the WEE regulations you can return electrical goods (at your cost) to the address below.

The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis. To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
