Returning unwanted items:
You can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Simply post the item/s back to us with the completed returns form. Items must be unused and with tags intact. Note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

This rug came with colouring issues- one side was much brighter and where it had been folded was faded. I put this outside rug outside for 1 week. The rug has completely faded so much that you can’t even recognise it was pink. I did turn it over half way through the week and the same in this side too. So basically I had the rug for a week and it is in the wheelie in ready to be collected. Massively disappointed and I have had outside plastic rugs before that have always kept their colour
