Returning unwanted items:

Recently bought x2 tepees for the grandchildren, they are perfect, love them thanks
Lovely item, and my grandson is in and out like a yo-yo! Could be improved with notches or holes for the top ties to have better anchorage, and a square of fabric as a floor to tie to legs - they easily push outwards and that would give more rigidity. I’m making him one!!

Bought this for my nephew for christmas so he hasn't got it yet but I did open it to check it all before wrapping it -its lovely very impressed.
This was delivered promptly and very well packaged. The teepee has not been taken out of the box yet as it is waiting to be assembled in our grandsons playroom Christmas Eve. From the clear instructions on the box I don't think it will take long to assemble.
