Returning unwanted items:

Lovely looking travel mug, nice bright design. Plastic sleeve ideal for preventing burnt fingers as the mug does get very hot. Doesn't keep the contents hot for as long as other mugs I have tried which is a little disappointing. However, happy with the product overall.
Absolutely ideal as a travel cup. Larger than we’d normally use so we don’t have to fill it to the top and slop liquid everywhere! Fits nicely into the cup holders in the car. The rigid band round the middle is ideal to prevent burnt fingers.
