How to leave us a review

We love hearing your feedback! If you've purchased from Rex London, there are two ways you can leave a review: a product review or a shop and service review.

Leave a product review

If you have a Rex London account and have purchased products from us, you can leave product reviews directly from your account.

Log in to your Rex London account.
Go to My Account.
Select the Product Reviews tab.
You will see a list of all products you have purchased that have not yet been reviewed.
Click Add a review next to the product you'd like to review.
Submit your rating and comments.

Once your review has been submitted, the product will be removed from your review list.
