Where is my order despatched from ?: All orders are processed from our Belgium warehouse. So no surcharges for orders delivered within the EU.
We do not ship to Jersey, Guernsey or BFPO addresses.

Can I add to my order after I have placed it?
Our packing process is fully automated - once an order is placed it cannot be added to.

You can track the status of your order by logging in to your account.
Can I cancel my order?
You have up to 30 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and request a refund. You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted item(s) and you must return your items within 14 days of confirmed return/cancellation. It is not always possible to cancel your order before it has been packed and/or dispatched. Your statutory rights are not affected.
What is your returns policy?
You can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Simply post the item/s back to us with the completed returns form. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.
