Terms & conditions for Rex London x Suttons Instagram giveaway

Please read these prize draw rules. By entering one of our prize draws, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

There is one prize for one winner The final winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

The prize comprises: 

1 x Dieffenbachia maculata ‘Compacta’ 
1 x Dracaena marginata ‘Bicolor’
1 x Chamaedorea elegans
10 x House Plant Drip Feeders 

The giveaway will close at 12:00pm (GMT) on 20th September 2024.

The winner will be notified by replying to their winning comment.

If there is no response from the winner within 14 days, Rex London and Suttons reserve the right to offer the prize to another winner. 

The prize is not exchangeable for cash, or any other prize.  The prize is not transferable to another person. 

If for any reason any of the prize items are become unavailable, Suttons reserves the right to replace the item with another of an equal or higher value.

Entrants must be over 18 years of age. 

This prize draw is only open to UK mainland residents.

This prize draw is not open to employees of Rex London or Suttons (or members of their immediate families).   

Rex London reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, the rules and the terms and conditions of entry at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within these terms and conditions or in the competition details.
