I absolutely heart this bag, it is as pretty as it looks like in the pictures. the material is not soft however, that's the only thing that could put off somebody who's hard to please.
I have bought several shopping bags from you over the years and have always been complimented on the quality by the check out staff, that help me pack my shopping. This time I have bought some more for my family and friends.
