Returning unwanted items:
You can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Simply post the item/s back to us with the completed returns form. Items must be unused and with tags intact. Note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

Before returning the product you must contact customer services and inform us that you would like to return a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. You can send the item back to us free of charge and will receive a full refund.

We love Rusty! Ordered this for my daughter and it's the perfect size for carrying a little lunchbox/container & some fruit. Strong zip, foil-lined and quite robust. A great lunch bag!

My 6 year old loves her new lunch bag and it ticks all the boxes for me with durability, eco-credentials, quality, size and price. I'm that enamoured I'm ordering one for myself now!
I love this lunch bag, it also has a very cute lunch box to match. I love it, I'm 28yrs old and take it to work everyday...never too old lol
My daughter also aged 8 adores this. So much so she copied the foxes into some fab art work. She even insisted we drove to nanny's house to show her. Its like a mini cool bag one you could fold flat...very lightweight but nice quality. I shall be able to store this flat. Another thing my daughter adored was that it was made from recycled material. She felt she was doing her bit. I see us buying many more things from the range.
