Returning unwanted items:
You can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Simply post the item/s back to us with the completed returns form. Items must be unused and with tags intact. Note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.
Returning damaged or faulty items:
Before returning the product you must contact customer services and inform us that you would like to return a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. You can send the item back to us free of charge and will receive a full refund.

My 5 year old is so proud of her new lunch bag! Perfect size, good quality and a little unique!
I now buy my friends a foil bag for the Childrens birthday parties.....I think they are far better than the duplicate cheaper party gift and so useful mine is still in fantastic condition washed in the washing machine and I use it daily carting my childrens food/nibbles around all day...have to stay they do look stylish & so many kind comments!!
My daughter already has this lunch box and we have bought this as a gift for her friend. It has been much admired at school! Keeps her lunch cool with a small ice block and is easy to clean and store.
I bought this to use as a changing bag for my soon to arrive daughter having used one for my son for the last 3 years. In that time it has proved to be the perfect changing bag and can easily fit 4 nappies, a pack of wipes, a full change of clothes, muslin, disposable changing mat, sachet of calpol, carton of ready to use milk and a small toy - it is literally a tardis! Plus it is small and waterproof so can be hung from a pushchair or tucked underneath whatever the weather. The original is still going strong after 3 years and I'm sure my daughter will love the bright rusty the fox pattern as well. A winner all round and for less than a fiver!
Bought 3 of these all in different designs. All lovely and well made. Just meant my children chose packed lunch over hot dinners all week so I have been rather busy coming up with interesting things to put in these lovely bags!
